Larger North Fulton houses, including the basement.
Alpharetta's housing is mostly master-planned neighborhoods from the 1990s and 2000s: tall foyers, open kitchens, and more basements than the southern half of the metro. JRF works with homeowners here on qualifying flooring and remodel projects.
What these houses are ready for
A lot of Alpharetta work is the second floor the house gets, after the builder materials have had fifteen or twenty years of dogs, stools, and a finished basement.
A dry January and a clammy July
The seasonal swing in a large Alpharetta house is wide, and the basement does not behave like the second floor.
The same trades, planned for this housing.
Hardwood, tile, carpet, luxury vinyl, laminate, and kitchen and bathroom remodeling are available on qualifying Alpharetta projects. The address still has to be confirmed.
Alpharetta project questions
Basement or main floor changes the product before the color is chosen.
Can the basement get the same floor as the foyer?+
Usually not, if the foyer is solid hardwood. The basement wants a product that can live on concrete. We will know which products are even candidates after the slab is checked.
The builder hardwood is worn in the kitchen lane. Refinish or replace?+
If it is solid and still thick, refinishing can be the right scope. A lot of builder wood from this era is engineered with a thin wear layer, and sanding through it is a mistake. We measure before we recommend either one.
Do you remodel one bath without redoing the whole house?+
Yes. A primary bath or a hall bath can be its own project, with the hallway floor protected and the transition at the door included.
Say whether the basement is part of the job.
Alpharetta scopes change completely once a lower level is included.
Completed projects include a 1-year warranty that starts at project completion.
