A one-year warranty, starting when the work is done.
JRF Flooring provides a 1-year warranty on completed projects. The year starts at project completion.
Call or email with the address and what you are seeing.
A warranty request uses the same phone and email as any other project question. Photos help us understand the issue before a return visit.
A modest summary, not a substitute for your contract.
The one-year warranty is meant to cover installation work JRF performed. Examples are a board that loosens, a transition that fails, or tile that loses bond because of the way it was set.
It does not replace a manufacturer warranty on the product itself. Ordinary wear is not an installation defect. Damage from a leak, standing water, neglect, impact, or later work by someone else sits outside this warranty.
When a local area failed because of the installation, the usual remedy is to repair that area. A small failure is not, by itself, a promise to replace the entire floor.
As described here, the warranty applies to the original client at the project address. If your written proposal names a different completion point than the final walkthrough, that proposal is the one to follow.
Questions about the website terms can also be read on the terms page. The proposal or contract accepted for your project controls if it differs from this summary.
